Description
The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetime by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and the Scout Law.
The Blackhawk Area Council serves youth in Boone, Carroll, Jo Daviess, Lee, McHenry, Ogle, Stephenson, Whiteside, and Winnebago counties in northern Illinois and Grant, Green, and Lafayette counties in south western Wisconsin.
