The Boston Home is a residence and center for care of adults with advanced multiple sclerosis and other neurological diseases. Designated a "Center of Excellence in Long Term Care" by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, The Boston Home touching the lives of thousands as it serves its residents, outpatients and their families; conducts research; advocates for public policy; and trains healthcare professionals nationwide. Located in Dorchester, MA since its founding in 1881, The Boston Home is the only facility of its kind in New England, and only one of a handful nationwide.
