Description
Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program provides quality health care to 9000 homeless men, women and children in the greater Boston area. BHCHP has 3 hospital based clinics;clinics in over 70 shelters and soup kitchens. There are health care teams on the Street and at the Race Track. Teams also provide care at over 30 family shelters. The Barbara McInnis House is an inpatient unit providing 24 hour medical care to men and women who are too sick to stay in a shelter but not sick enough for the hospital.
BHCHP works with many community partners to provide the highest quality health care for Boston's vulnerable men and women.
