Border AIDS Partnership

Created by the US-Mexico Border Health Association and El Paso Community Foundation, with support from the National AIDS Fund through the Elton John AIDS Foundation, the Border AIDS Partnership (BAP) provides critical funding for HIV/AIDS education and prevention activities in El Paso, Texas, Southern New Mexico and Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. Since 1996, the BAP has distributed more than $1 million to support innovative HIV prevention programs to vulnerable populations such as at-risk women, marginalized youth and young adults.
