Description

Our Mission:
The Bonita Historical Society is dedicated to preserve, for public education and enjoyment, the culture, history, art, crafts and aesthetic facets of the region, specifically El Rancho de la Nacion in South San Diego County.
The museum displays many interesting and educational exhibits for the community and everyone in San Diego County to enjoy.
It strives to educate its visitors with interesting cultural events and changing exhibits including the history of the Sweetwater Valley. The society maintains a permanent collection which is partially on view.
