The Body Positive's mission is to empower people to unleash their energy and creativity by strengthening their body esteem and self love.

Since 1996, The Body Positive has offered innovative educational materials and training to teach people to connect to their internal wisdom and find creative strategies to overcome body hatred and self-destructive eating and exercise behaviors.
