Description
AFYF is a non-profit nationally accredited agency serving youth with mental illness and their families. AFYF offers a continuum of care including Crisis/Emergency Placement, Treatment Foster Care, Independent Living, 2 Therapeutic Group homes (TRIAD and The Lighthouse), LINKS Targeted Casemanagement, and Compass Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program. OUr priority population are residents of Charles, Calvert and St. Mary's Counties; however we accept applications from all over the state of Maryland.
