Description
Blissful Enterprise Outreaches is a 501(c)(3) charity organized to help ex-offenders just being released from prison on parole. We will offer them housing, (3) meals a day, plus different programs that will help better prepare them for re-entry into society, for the first 180 days of their parole.
"No More Victims!!!" is our motto and this will be instilled into all the people in our programs. They need to take responsibility for the devastation that they have created, and give them the tools that they will need for them to want to live a productive, victim free life upon their return to society.
