Description
Blind Children's Fund (BCF) was incorporated in 1978 as a private, non-profit, 501(c)(3). As such, we receive no state or Federal Funding. BCF is committed to helping parents help their children grow to their full potential. We are a clearinghouse of information for parents and professionals, providing them materials and resources that help them successfully teach and nurture blind, visually impaired and multi-impaired infants and children. Our mission is to encourage the development, education, and welfare of children with visual and/or multiple impairments.
