Description
Since 2003, Big Hearts to Little Hearts has been led and manned by families whose lives have been touched by Congenital Heart Disease. This group has raised more than $500,000 to fund critical research and programs that lengthen and improve the lives of children with heart disease. Through charity balls, walk-a-thons, and other fund-raisers, we have helped fill in the gap in funding for research on CHD, a grossly under-funded cause, despite the fact that more children die from CHD each year than from all forms of childhood cancer combined. We also do community outreach (CPR Classes) and Blood Drives.
