Description

The Berto Dynasty Foundation is a non-profit organization established by Haitian-American WBC Welterweight Champion, Andre Berto. After the catastrophic 2010 earthquake hit Haiti, The Berto Dynasty Foundation was formed in response to support and empower the millions of Haitian citizens affected by the devastation. The foundation strives to create awareness about the current state of Haiti and works to raise funds for education programs.

The Foundation funds are used in a targeted manner in order to maximize efforts. The Berto Dynasty Foundation currently partners with HaitiEcole to develop safe and sustainable schools known as pods, these structures are earthquake and hurricane proof. Through these pod schools the foundation can assist the children, young adults and the adult illiterates of Haiti to attend school in a safe environment and further excel the citizens of Haiti for years to come.
