Description

Housing Resources Group’s mission is to make excellent affordable housing available for the residents and communities we serve. Since 1980, Housing Resources Group (HRG) has developed and managed affordable housing for Seattle’s working class residents, seniors, transitioning homeless families and neighboring communities. HRG continues to lead the affordable housing industry in finding innovative ways to build strong healthy communities within our own portfolio and on behalf of other non profit organizations.

HRG’s current portfolio consists of 27 properties with over 1,700 apartments throughout Seattle and two projects currently in development. In addition, HRG continues to develop housing on behalf of other nonprofit organizations. To date, four such projects are in progress.
