Description
Non-Profit organization run under the High Point Community Foundation. We help provide non-emergency travel arrangements for families with special needs children who need surgery or to attend conferences. We work especially with children who have Beckwith-Wiedemann Syndrome. We also help to provide medical equipment such as Apnea Monitors, Glucose Monitors or other such equipment.
