Description
The Bella Foundation is a non profit organization in Oklahoma that assits low income, ederly and terminally ill pet owners with the cost of veterinary care when such care cannot be afforded. We also cover the cost of stray or abandoned animals when they are left at a vet clinic. Owners given assistance are asked to volunteer 8 hours their time at a local shelter, veterinary clinic or dog park.
