The Beginning with Children Foundation (BwCF) was founded in 1989 by Joseph and Carol Reich to improve public educational opportunities for urban children in low income communities. Our mission is to provide students with high quality education based on high academic standards and to have an impact on all children in the public school system by becoming a model of how schools can offer the highest quality academic environment to a diverse body of students.
