Before and After School Child Care on Location, Inc. better known as BASCOL, has been serving families in Onondaga County, NY since 1992. BASCOL is a non-for-profit, NYS licensed, school age child care program. Currently, BASCOL provides before and after school child care programs in 5 school districts and operates during the summer at 2 locations in Liverpool and Syracuse, NY.
