Founded by Police Officers, The Bears in Blue foundation is a not-for-profit charity organized to supply teddy bears to first responders and school officials to give to children who have been involved crisis situations. Psychological studies have proven that stuffed animals have a significant calming effect on children in stressful or traumatic circumstances.
