Owned and operated by the nonprofit Hospitality House of the Upper Peninsula in Marquette, Michigan, Beacon House is a 34-bedroom home-away-from-home for families whose loved ones are receiving treatment for serious illnesses, injuries or other chronic medical conditions at Marquette General Health System. Supported entirely by private contributions from the community at-large, this hospitality house was been open since 2002, serving more than 80,000 individuals.
