(dba CommuniCare Health Centers) is a full-service family health care provider addressing all the basic health care needs of its patients, including medical, dental, behavioral health, and health education services. We serve primarily the uninsured and the uninsured of Bexar & Hays Counties in Texas.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive, affordable, quality health care while responding to the changing needs of the community and respecting the dignity, values and culture of the individual.
