Description
The Barn at Spring Brook Farm is a remarkable place where staff and volunteers focus on children with disabilities using animal-assisted activities. The children have physical and cognitive disabilities, including those with autism, and our programs are geared to each individual child based upon his or her particular needs and goals. Our miniature horses, donkeys, goats, sheep, bunny, chickens and rooster are docile friends to the children who learn success and self-confidence by touching, patting, brushing, leading and feeding them.
