Description

BARC is a 501C3, all volunteer animal welfare organization. Our main focus is animal rescue and spay/neuter. We have a free spay/neuter program that will fix pets for low-income families, regardless of residency. We have provided over 2,000 free spay/neuters for needy families since 2003. There is no other program like ours anywhere!!

We have also rescued over 5,000 animals out of shelters and off the streets since 1997. All of our adopted pets are spayed/neutered before being placed.
