about

The Frank P. Casula Scholarship fund was established on 2001 to honor the many contributions of Frank Casula. Frank Casula was a 30 year public servant who served two terms as the Mayor of Laurel, Maryland, and five terms as a County Councilman for Prince Georges County, Maryland. The fund awards two scholarships each year - one for a graduating student from Laurel High School and another for a graduating student from St. Vincent Pallotti High School. Both high schools are in Laurel, Maryland. The Frank P. Casula Scholarship Fund operates under the Not-for-Profit status of the Baltimore Washington Corridor Chamber Foundation, Inc.
