Baltimore BORN (Boys Opportunity and Resource Network) is a non-profit organization founded by the Baltimore Ravens’ Domonique Foxworth that provides rigorous educational programming, professional mentorship, and individualized support services to boys in Baltimore City. Targeting our efforts in East Baltimore, BORN works predominantly with young men who live in areas of concentrated poverty and unemployment. We believe in the ability and promise of young men in these areas, and are committed to providing them with some of the most important opportunities, resources, and networks that other young men, more fortunately situated, have at their disposal. The mission of Baltimore BORN is to provide boys in grades 5-12 the support and services necessary to succeed academically, socially and emotionally. Baltimore BORN provides an academically challenging, culturally enriching, opportunity filled program in order to position these boys for college enrollment.
