Ballard Community Services is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides affordable high-quality early education and essential basic life assistance to families and individuals in need. We are of the firm belief that in order for a child to learn and participate in their early education program their lives must be stable and therefore wished to provide programs that helped stabilize the lives of the families enrolled in the Ballard early education programs. Ballard Community Services is the only early education program to provide utility and rent assistance, food security programs, clothing, prescription and school supplies in Douglas County with the end goal being that we prepare the child for public school and we help the families reach financial stability.
