BGV is a micro financing company for women start up businesses. Women who have been in business for 5 years or less attend an 8 week business course where they learn the basics of creating a business plan, marketing, legal structuring and accounting while competing for a $25,000 loan.
BGV seeks to promote community growth by providing funding to start up businesses that may not otherwise have access to funding.
