Description
My name is Lesa Scammell and I have been the yearbook adviser at Avella High School for the past 16 years. We are a rural public high school in southwestern Pennsylvania. Our total school enrollment in grades K-12 is approximately 750. This year, we graduate a whopping 42 students LOL! It is a wonderful school to teach in, and the students are great to work with. We are asking to be a part of GoodSearch to assist us in funding our yearbook staff. With the cost of publishing ever increasing, we try to maintain the price of the book without increases from year to year. Our district is a farm district and the money here is often tight for the families. My ultimate goal would be to fundraise enough money so that all the students in the high school would be able to get a yearbook at a lower cost than we currently sell them for, making this lasting memory available to most if not all of the students.
