Description
ASNC Onslow County is a chapter of the Autism Society of North Carolina. The purpose of the Autism Chapter is to provide the opportunity for parents, providers, and educators, who face similar challenges, to give each other support and encouragement, share experiences, information and resources, and to raise awareness about the needs and strengths of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Monthly meetings and events give parents a venue to learn realistic, practical solutions for autism-related concerns, as well as, have a place where they feel welcome, accepted and more importantly understood.
