Today, an alarming 1 in 88 children will be diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. ACON’s main purpose is to ensure that our members have access to information regarding services; to keep the public informed as to what is available to help them seek diagnosis, treatments, and advocacy; and in some cases, to provide financial assistance in getting the necessary help.
Our Goals are to DEAL with Autism as it is right now – 1 in 88 children, and to change the future for all who struggle with Autism Spectrum Disorders in the state of Nevada! We will continue to do this by standing together as one solid community that shares the Voice for our Cause which is Autism. We will continue to urge state legislators and government, as well as private sectors to address this emergent situation – the crisis that is Autism.
