Description
The mission of Austin Child Guidance Center is to improve the mental health of children and their families through early intervention, diagnosis, and treatment to help them develop the emotional skills for meeting life’s challenges. We recognize that access to mental health services should not be denied to someone based on their income level. Therefore, an array of outpatient mental health services are offered on a sliding fee scale including individual, family, and group therapy; psychological assessments; psychiatric evaluations; parent education; community consultations and presentations; and training of current and future mental health professionals. No one is denied treatment if they are unable to pay.
