Description

Established as a faith-based organization in 1896, Augustana Care serves more than 2,300 older adults each day with a full spectrum of services in health care and housing services. Augustana Care manages about 800 care facility beds and care suites, 1,218 older adult housing units and memory care in small home-like settings for 164 individuals. We also offer innovative support services to enhance the quality of life for older adults who continue to live in their own homes. These include two adult day centers, a Meals on Wheels program and outpatient therapy services.
