The mission of Atlanta Animal Rescue Friends, Inc. is to end pet overpopulation.

AARF was founded in 2002 and is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue organization licensed by the state of Georgia that works to assist abandoned, abused and stray animals in finding new, loving homes.

AARF is run solely on adoption fees, private donations and charitable grants without government support. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue organization licensed by the state of Georgia and all donations are tax-deductible.
