Athletes for Life (AFL) Foundation is a partnership of World Class Athletes, medical professionals and key individuals teaming with corporations, philanthropic organizations and public entities to save lives, create opportunity and “Save Lives One Heart at a Time” all over the world, from young athletes, to children, families and the underserved within all communities and companies. AFL Foundation, founded by some of the greatest athletes in the history of the United States sports industry, is a new 501(c)(3) not for profit foundation. What is different and special about AFL Foundation? It's the human energy, commitment and passion of it's members; the defining technology perfected along with the United States Air Force; and the relating technology and service commitment.
