Description
At The Crossroads reaches out to homeless youth in San Francisco at their point of need, and helps them build outstanding lives. Rather than asking youth to find them, At The Crossroads walks the streets, handing out supplies and forming relationships with young people on the streets. Building up trust in counselors in this way, At The Crossroads seeks to form long-term, supportive counseling relationships through which youth can access internal and external resources to accomplish their goals and build the lives they want to see for themselves.
