Description

APAC is a group of concerned citizens engaged in collaborative efforts to end pet overpopulation in the Temple/Belton area. We partner with the City of Temple Animal Shelter to increase pet adoptions and provide low-cost spay and neuter options to qualifying individuals. Currently, we are fundraising to build a no-kill adoption center in Bell County.
