Description
Associated Ministries' mission is “building community that is humane, compassionate and just.” Working with local churches, organizations and individuals, our programs respond to human needs through direct service, advocacy, organizing, collaboration and education. Our programs aid the hungry, the homeless, the elderly, the mentally ill, families of military personnel, young families transitioning from welfare to work, those taking back their neighborhoods from drugs and violence, and people searching for meaning and unity through faith and deed. We lift up our community, bringing people together to find both solace and solutions, making Tacoma and Pierce County better places to live.
