For families facing the challenge of raising an Autistic Spectrum Disorder child (ASD) isolation & a lack of empathy prevail. Disabilities that have no obvious physical signs still carry myth & stigma in our culture. This is a terrible burden. Families feel defeated, hopeless & guilty that they cannot cure their child or bring about positive change. APN's goal is to dispel these attitudes by educating families, schools & the medical community & offering support, compassion & solutions.
