Asian Counseling and Referral Service - ACRS


ACRS is Asian Counseling and Referral Service, a non-profit social service agency for King County’s Asian Pacific American community. ACRS provides the following services in order to improve the lives of Asian Pacific Americans: •Aging and Adult Services for elders and adults with disabilities •Children, Youth and Family (leadership development, after-school activities, counseling) •Comprehensive Adult Behavioral Health (counseling, problem gambling treatment) •Consultation and Education •Domestic Violence Intervention and Education - Batterers Treatment •Information and Referral •International District Legal Clinic •Naturalization and Immigration Assistance •Senior Nutrition, Emergency Feeding and Food Bank •Substance Abuse Treatment and Recovery •Vocational and Employment Services ACRS helps primarily low-income, immigrant, refugee, and American-born Asian Pacific Americans living in King County. In 2005, ACRS served 19,065 people.
