Description
Health system based Child Development Service for assessment, consultation, and early intervention program for infants and children from birth to age 5. To identify infants and children with developmental delays as early as possible and enter them into programs using classroom, home visits by trained staff, and community resources.
CDS staff assists families and caregivers to develop strategies within the child’s daily routines and activities to help those children be stimulated and their brains to develop for long-term positive outcomes. To prepare and teach these children and their families so when they reach school age they will be ready to have the best possible experience.
