Description

Founded in 1977, the Arts Council has grown to serve all of York County and the surrounding area. The mission of the Arts Council is to foster the growth of the arts, promoting the arts as a critical factor in the quality of life, through arts education and the presentation of visual and performing arts to all people in Rock Hill and York County and the surrounding counties.
