Description
Arlington International Leadership School is a public magnet school serving students in pre-K through 4th grades in Jackson Madison School System in Jackson, Tennessee. We have a specialized focus- The Core Knowledge Curriculum. We are an Official Core Knowledge School and A Core Knowledge Visitation School.
This title is awarded to schools that serve as a model school for other schools across the country. Our school has received awards from the Magnet Schools of America, the Magnet Schools of Excellence Award in 2007 and the Magnet Schools of Distinction Award in 2006. Arlington also uses the Reading First program. We are a school in good standing according to the "No Child Left Behind" regulations. Our teachers have received over 150 hours of training each year and have all received "Highly Qualified" status. We are proud of our accomplishments and the commitment our teachers and staff have made to provide the highest quality of eduction for our students.
