Description

The mission of The ARK GROUP (The Children's Center for Self-Esteem) is to educate adults to become intentional and better skilled in providing the unconditional care that builds a strong self-concept in children.
The ARKGroup has developed ARK for Parents (Adults Relating to Kids) to enable parents to understand their potential to provide unconditional love in the lives of children and to one another. ARK for Teachers is designed to help teachers create a nurturing classroom environment. The ARK Programs help adults develop "care based" relationships rather than "fear based" relationships, which break the cycle of abusive parenting and allow children to build a high sense of self concept. It also provides parents and other adult caregivers the tools to enable their children to feel loved and valued while helping children to be responsible for their own behavior.
