Arkansas Land and Farm Development Corporation (ALFDC) was founded in 1980 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation to provide technical and financial assistance to Arkansas growers. In addition to its agricultural, economic development and youth education activities, ALFDC has also become a developer to meet the demand for affordable housing in the Arkansas Delta region. ALFDC’s housing initiatives are focused in forty-two services counties of eastern Arkansas that comprise the Arkansas Delta. Programs offered in our housing division consist of homebuyers education and credit counseling. In addition, we are growing to become a full cycle lending institution.
