Description

Students Taking Action Now: Darfur, is a student anti-genocide coalition on Arizona State's campus that works to mobilize students and the community to spread awareness about the on-going genocide in Darfur, Sudan. Since 2003, well over 400,000 people have been slautered and 2.5 million people have been displaced. STAND holds forums and fundraising events to gather money for the medical needs of the millions of people who have been displaced in Darfur who face disease and rape.
