Description
ARC is a 501 c 3 non-profit Charitible Cultural multy ethnic organization, providing ESL and intergation assistance only to US lawfull residents who intend to, and are eligeble to study for and become productive U.S. Citizens. Also we have programs for Diverse Culture Youth that positively engage them in society, and prevent delinquency, as well as have regular cultural events involving multi cultural works and exibits for those who are interested to learn about Russian Culture, and for those who Want to showcase thier works, and crafts.
