Description
The mission for ARC is to aid people who suffer from Alcohol and substance abuse, especially those with language barriers, to attain recovery from their disease and discover a new way of life free from the despair of addiction. ARC attempts to achieve these objectives by referring these individuals to various institutions for proper treatment. Furthermore, to aid them in sustaining their recovery ARC attempst to envourage and support them to participate in the 12-step programs. It is the intention of ARC to provide these services without charge to those who need it.
