Description

ocated in historic Petersburg, Virginia, ARGS is the only full time governor's school in the state devoted to the arts and technology. Our unique environment helps over 330 students (grades 9 through 12) excel in our numerous areas of focus.

Our students hail from fourteen districts throughout Central and Southern Virginia. We offer diverse opportunities ranging from acting to filmmaking, from computer programming to ballet.
