We are Empowering Lives and Empowering Communities by providing Job Readiness Training which includes computer training and certification, Business Soft Skill training, Life Skill training and Job Placement Assistance. Our target area is the second most violent area of Oakland, Ca. Statistically it is stated that where you have high unemployment you have high crime. So we are offering marketable skills to participants and getting them out into the workforce so they can be self-sufficient.
