A.P.A.W.S. is an all volunteer group of people who are dedicated to ensuring that all pet animals in and around the Baton Rouge area live in homes which provide for all of the animal's physical and emotional needs (including daily maintenance, medical care and nurturing) for the animal's lifetime.
