Description
AGSA is a graduate student organization in San Diego that supports over fifty graduate students conducting research both in the community and worldwide. Students are conducting research in critical areas of society including but not limited to sustainability, education, immigration, and cultural heritage.
We are a thriving group of young scholars who are seeking to develop our professional careers by attending and presenting at both local and national conferences, conducting community based research aimed at improving the quality of life for San Diego citizens, and lastly contributing to the San Diego area via participation of different outreach programs including teaching archaeology at local middle schools and holding events for undergraduates who are thinking about applying for graduate school.
