Description
WE are a small town that just wants to have a yearly festivity for our residence. It gives everyone in the community to work together and share laughter as well. We all come together once a year to enjoy this weekend festival. A committee plans for this the whole year through. The community gives of money and gifts and time to have it all work. No one gets paid to do any of this volunteer work. We only have a budget of about $4000 to spend on anything we need. It is really hard to stick to this and still have a great festival. We just want to create memories for our community to share with their children and grandchildren.
